Frogspawn Coral has polyps that stay visible at all times and look like fish or frog egg masses or spawns. It can be tan, green or brown. It has sweeper tentacles that reach up to six inches above its base. It is capable of stinging other corals with its tentacles. Frogspawn coral hosts zooxanthellae algae in its body which it uses for food. It also eats micro-plankton and brine shrimp. It is native to the Indo-Pacific, Australia, Southeast Asia, the East China Sea and more.
